Chronic Neural Electrode Brain Chip


Chronic Electrode Implants are electronic devices implanted chronically (for a long period) into the brain or other electrically excitable tissue. They may record electrical impulses in the brain or they may stimulate neurons with electrical impulses from an external source.

I found a page on how these electrodes are implanted in animals, it makes me sick that doctors would perform this type of surgery on unknowing and unwilling people:

These electrodes can both read AND write neural activity. If you think you have a modern era brain chip, chances are you probably have one of these chronic electrodes.
